We encounter unexpected asbestos in the carpets on the first floor in this weeks Slow-TV renovation at our Swedish homestead.

Join us as we temporarily relocate our furniture to the bedroom to facilitate decontamination while we embark on a week-long trip to Stockholm. The decontamination unit ran into problems and we ended up spending all our renovations funds only to run into more problems.

Upon our return, we anticipated uncovering stunning 100-year-old wooden floors, only to be met with further potential asbestos complications. This marks the beginning of our asbestos adventure, with hopes for better news in part two. Also more DIY content as we can actually start unveiling the century old floors!
